It comes with the face plate and the head unit, just like the pictures show. It works great, like new. So, the cd player mechanism has very little time on it.

I only used the cd player a dozen times or so. Happy buying. This came out of my 2010 Nissan Frontier when I decided to replace it with an aftermarket radio.
